Designed to go beyond the limitations of traditional EAPs, 1Stop4aGP 360° delivers tailored, on-demand support from expert mental health, financial, and legal professionals. It not only promotes employee positivity but also tackles the root causes of absence—boosting overall productivity.

How does it work?
Employers will be issued with a dedicated phone number and access code for our portal, which is then circulated to your employees giving them access to the service whenever and wherever they need it.
To encourage employee engagement, we will also provide you with a launch pack, explaining key benefits
Employers will also have access to quarterly management information reports (360 service only)
Employees can self-refer themselves into the service by simply using the number provided. Alternatively, managers can refer them.
