How to use 1Stop4aGP: 360°

  • Our triage operators are standing by to take your call, no matter what the time, day or night.

  • To arrange your private GP telephone or online consultation, please call the telephone number listed on your access page and let them know your employer name.

  • The operator will then ask for your name, DOB and some brief details of the condition / concern you are calling about. You can call on someone’s behalf and arrange a call back to their phone and if calling for your child, the GP will be happy to speak with you.

  • If you require access to another of our services, our triage operator will assign a Case Manager to coordinate the services required. You can also access our online hub and download our MyMindPal app from iOS / Android store.
