How to use 1Stop4aGP: 360°

  • Our operators are standing by to take your call, no matter what the time, day or night.

  • To arrange a private GP telephone or online consultation, please call the GP telephone number listed on your welcome access page (see download button at top) and let them know you are a client of Dental Indemnity Direct when calling.

  • The operator will then ask for your name, DOB and some brief details of the condition / concern you are calling about. You can call on someone’s behalf and arrange a call back to their phone and if calling for your child, the GP will be happy to speak with you.

  • If you require access to another of our wider 360 services, call the dedicated 360 line, select option 3 to coordinate the services you require. You can also access our online hub and download our MyMindPal app from iOS / Android store.
